We're glad you're here.

At DurmPAC, we engage in work that builds formative experiences for young artists in our community by establishing community connections and facilitating artist spaces. We have found our community through Black, Brown, Indigenous, and/or LGBTQIA+ folks within the 919 area.

Next Up:

We're partnering with local artist Faith Reagin to put on Haptic Happenings over the summer of 2024. The exhibit will feature youth artists from Durham in an exploration of identity through the sense of touch.

We're also in partnership with the Center for Enviromental Farming Systems's Committee on Racial Equity to hold an exhibit of artwork that investigates the ways we understand and interact with the food system.

Recently Completed:

Our most recent project was an awesome reception for youth artists held at Bright Black Candles. We hosted youth artists featured in the Hayti Heritage Center's Juneteenth Youth Artists Exhibition for a night of celebration and discussion centered on their fantastic pieces.
